1. Agreement
By accessing or purchasing from legendarythcacbd.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility & age (21+)
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase hemp-derived products in your jurisdiction. By ordering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Our products
Our products are hemp-derived and intended to comply with the federal 2018 Farm Bill (containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis). These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition without consulting a physician. These products may cause a positive result on a drug test. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your state and locality.
4. Orders, pricing & availability
We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, and we may correct pricing or description errors, at our discretion.
5. Payment
Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider; you agree to provide accurate payment information.
6. Shipping & compliance
You are responsible for ensuring our products are legal to receive at your shipping address; we do not ship to jurisdictions where our products are prohibited. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns & refunds

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
